"He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away." (Revelation 21:4)
Not a hair on a cat’s head falls except by the will of God.
Looking back, through my lowest and highest moments, I have always been where I needed to be.
I exist by the Great Mercy of God.
These words are very difficult to hear when you are in times of affliction and in need of comfort.
When Jesus was anguished about the imminent crucifixion, he said:
“My Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as you will.” (Matthew 26:39)
It takes a lot of judgment to understand this lesson in times of struggle. I'm not saying it's wrong to pray and ask God for something from your heart; I'm just saying that whatever happens will be God's will and the decisions you make with your free will.
Put in the effort every day and tell God your dream, what you long for, and have faith in Him. He has always loved you like no one else can. He gave His Son Jesus for us: the greatest act of love this world has ever seen.
God provides rain for the fields, honey for the bees, wind for the birds, a new dawn every day, and for you who are made in His image and likeness, how could He not provide and care for you?
"The Lord is my shepherd; I have everything I need" (Psalm 23:1)
After living through several times in which my resilience was tested, I have made peace with the knowledge that God's will will always be the answer and that my efforts are not in vain. A great weight has been lifted from my shoulders; my soul has found peace and faith. Faith that God loves me and cares for me.
I still have the same "problems", and perhaps my body is still loaded with stress, but I am no longer afflicted.
This life on Earth is ephemeral, but if I am in His Grace and do right, I know that whatever path or event happens here will ultimately lead me to where my heart is: with God.
And what a joy to be His!
The Apostle Paul states: "For when I am weak, then I am strong" (2 Corinthians 12:10)
God bless you, reader.
Take care of your soul and keep going; you can do it!
With much love,
